Aly Fullbright, MS, AMFT

Aly earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a minor in Psychology from California State University, Monterey Bay, where she competed as a collegiate volleyball athlete. She later completed a Master's degree in Exercise Science and Coaching from Concordia University Irvine while finishing her final season of collegiate volleyball. Her passion for understanding the connection between physical performance, mental well-being, and personal growth ultimately led her to pursue a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Vanguard University.

Having spent much of her life in competitive athletics, Aly developed a deep appreciation for the powerful relationship between mind and body. During her collegiate years, her interests expanded beyond physical performance to understanding how mindset, identity, relationships, and overall wellness influence the way people navigate life's challenges. This curiosity eventually became the foundation of her work as a therapist.

In addition to her clinical work, Aly serves as a head volleyball coach, college health professor, and fitness instructor. These experiences have given her the opportunity to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and across various stages of life. Through her roles in athletics, education, fitness, and mental health, Aly has witnessed firsthand that while achievement and success can be rewarding, lasting fulfillment often comes through self-awareness, resilience, meaningful relationships, and living in alignment with one's values.

Aly is passionate about working with athletes, adolescents, parents, first responders, and individuals navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, identity development, life transitions, grief and loss, and faith-related questions. She takes a warm, collaborative, and solution-focused approach to therapy, integrating evidence-based practices with each client's unique strengths, goals, and experiences.

Aly believes that meaningful growth occurs when individuals feel seen, supported, and empowered to move toward the life they desire. She strives to create a therapeutic environment that is both impactful and approachable, where healing can coexist with joy, authenticity, and genuine connection.

Outside of the therapy room, Aly enjoys spending time outdoors, whether at the beach, hiking, backpacking, playing volleyball, participating in water sports, or training for fitness competitions.
