1. What is the Athlete Mastermind?
The Athlete Mastermind is a live, 6-week coaching program designed to build the mental side of sports: confidence, focus, discipline, emotional regulation, mental toughness, and leadership. Each week includes a 1-hour live Zoom session, interactive coaching, Q&A, and guided mindset work using The Daily Mindset Journal.
2. Who is this program for?
This program is for middle school and high school athletes of all sports who want to strengthen their mental game. It’s perfect for athletes who:

3. What makes this program different from regular coaching or sports training?
Mental toughness comes from emotional wellness. This masterclass is about training the mental side AND the emotional side of the athlete — which is what determines consistency, resilience, focus, recovery from mistakes, and long-term success.
This program blends sports psychology + performance coaching + weekly accountability, led by licensed professionals and mindset coaches Joe Jardine & Kaysee Cooper.

Wednesdays at 5pm PST / 7pm CST / 8pm EST
Each session is 60 minutes on Zoom.7. How big is the group?
We cap the group at 10 athletes to ensure personalized coaching, interaction, and accountability.
8. How much does it cost?
The full 6-week masterclass is $699 per athlete.

10. What if I miss a session?
Sessions are audiorecorded only (privacy reasons), and a replay is provided for missed sessions.
Athletes are encouraged to review the recording and complete the weekly exercises before the next meeting.11. Do parents attend the sessions?
No. This is a player-only space designed to foster vulnerability, confidence, peer learning, and personal growth. Parents receive general updates but not session details to protect athlete privacy.
12. Will this help my athlete with performance anxiety?
Yes. Performance anxiety, self-doubt, and fear of failure are some of the most common struggles addressed in the program. Athletes will learn tools for calming their nervous system, reframing pressure, and creating a repeatable confidence routine.
13. Will this help with confidence?
Absolutely. Confidence is a trained skill — not a personality trait.

No — this is a performance mindset coaching group, not therapy.
However, it is facilitated by licensed professionals with clinical and sports psychology backgrounds, ensuring a high level of emotional and psychological support.16. Can my athlete join if they’re in season or off-season?
