Sandra Williams, MA, APCC

Sandra is an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC #16318) with over a decade of experience helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life's challenges and strengthen their most important relationships. She is especially passionate about helping restore marriages, rebuild family connections, and create healthier patterns of communication, trust, and emotional intimacy.

Sandra earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Arizona State University and her Master’s Degree in Counseling from Concordia University Irvine’s Townsend Institute. In addition to her professional training, she has spent many years serving in her local church as a youth leader, women’s ministry leader, and children’s ministry teacher, giving her a unique perspective on the challenges facing individuals, couples, and families across all stages of life.

Her therapeutic approach is rooted in attachment theory, helping clients understand how early relational experiences influence the way they view themselves, navigate emotions, and engage in relationships today. Through a compassionate and collaborative process, Sandra helps clients identify unhealthy patterns, develop greater self-awareness, and create lasting change. While attachment theory serves as a foundation for her work, she integrates a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.

Throughout her career, Sandra has worked with clients facing marital conflict, family relationship struggles, anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, and emotional difficulties. She is committed to creating a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel understood, encouraged, and empowered to grow.

Sandra has a special heart for helping couples strengthen their relationships, families reconnect, and individuals find hope and healing during difficult seasons. Her goal is to help clients move beyond simply surviving and toward thriving in their relationships and daily lives.

Outside the counseling office, Sandra enjoys spending time with her husband and children, exploring new places, being outdoors, and creating meaningful moments of connection with family and friends.
